This is unacceptable and unprofessional!! ************ is lying to not cover my warrantied item after they confirmed it was covered. LIES!! Completely untrue as the technician that inspected the appliance the first time on 11/18/22 absolutely saw and confirms this refrigerator was exactly in its proper environment, and therefore the unit was going to be replaced. They stated this was due to the appliance being out of its environment. Best Buy texted my phone on 3/15/23 notifying me that the service performed by ******** would not be approved by warranty. This is the 2nd visit reporting the same outcome - 1st visit was 11/18/23. Service man showed on 3/14/23 and found the compressor needed to be replaced. They never showed up, no call, no message (service order #********)!! On 3/13/23 Nite Owl texted me they would send someone on 3/14/23.
On 3/6/23 I was notified by Best Buy that their contractor (********) would be sending their technician out on 3/8/23 between 8am-5pm. In March, I contacted Best Buy that my appliance had still not been repaired or replaced yet and requested an update.
Service man was out to evaluate the problem for my refrigerator and informed me that the unit needed to be replaced and would be covered under my warranty and Best Buy would order and reschedule the pick up and replacement. This was done for the scheduled date 11/18/22. Email received from Nite owl on Novemat 4:35:40 PM EST Subject: ***** BERNACET INSIGNIA REF SVC - Order number: ******** ************ emailed with instructions to have unit plugged and turned on 24 hours prior to technicians arrival.
